Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It should be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted
We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Return Process
Once your return is approved:
We’ll guide you on how to securely pack and return the item
You may be asked to drop off the item or prepare it for pickup, depending on your location
Items must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit
Refunds
As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued as store credit or product exchange
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after we inspect the returned item
If the returned item does not meet our return standards, it will be sent back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized products
Items marked as final sale
Used or modified items
